Locals Say Chinese Attacked and Kidnapped a Cambodian Man in Sihanoukville

Cambodia Breaking News (Sihanoukville): On August 23, 2019, at 0:30am, a group of 4 Chinese men attacked a Cambodian man who is believed to have been working as their translator in Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.

After the attack, the men pushed the victim into a Highlander car and drove away from the scene. The local people who witnessed this were angry and upset about the incident , so they called the police, but the police said they didn't have any information.
The Sihanoukville locals are worried because the police don't seem to care about the security of Cambodian citizens.

what did the Cambodian does not important now, the reckless action of these 4 Chinese has successfully planted seed for Anti Chinese in Khmer people's mind...It should be concerned by Chinese government
