Lightning Burns Down Ice Factory in Broad Daylight in Sihanoukville

At 12:00 pm on 19 November 2017, during a heavy rainstorm which was broadcasted by the meteorology department, an ice factory was struck by lightning causing it to catch fire. The owner of the factory, a 35 year-old man named Chea Bunthorn, lost thousands of dollars from fire damage.
The incident occurred in Chong Oh Village, Samrong Commune, Prey Nup District. The fire brigade needed three firetrucks to put out the fire at 3:00 pm.

Depends on which "ice" they are referring to...plenty of flammables in making one type...the guy could be the Khmer Walter White
