Life-Threatening Shock for Sihanoukville Construction Worker
Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: At 9 am on January 26, 2019, a Cambodian man working on the construction of a warehouse suffered severe and possibly fatal injuries when he was electrocuted while welding the metal roof near electric power lines near the 4th Correctional Court in Sihanoukville.
The victim, who has been identified as 19-year-old Hun Chantra, was rescued immediately and hospitalized, but he is still between life and death, and it is uncertain whether he will recover.

Not only too close, Big, but actually touched electrical power lines. Then electrical power flowed through the man's body and caused the life-threat. These people should be trained in the basics of electrical safety before being allowed to work on potentially lethal electrical power equipment. They also need to overcome the notion that it's OK to be dead!

New China City has enough crime to require a fourth correctional court to be built?
I thought the comrades were all peace loving, gentle, gamblers.

Training costs money whilst these country bumpkins are easily replaced.Captain wrote: ↑Sat Jan 26, 2019 11:24 pm Not only too close, Big, but actually touched electrical power lines. Yes, there are another 10 country bumpkins standing in line to replace any country bumpkin that is electrocuted. Cambodia has its own logic, economy, and mentality. It's OK to be dead!
