Latest IPhone and Samsung possible scams on well known website

Ok so there seems to be a scam on a khmer buy and sell website where you can purchase a brand new iPhone X for $500-600 and all the other latest models of Samsung phones for really cheap prices,here is the catch ,you pay 50% up front via money gram or western union to a recipient in guess where? Nigeria!

Note:all the phones are shipped from USA and Nigeria (lower case same as in ad on website)
Check it out and if you see any ads which say “bestdealer” I think you should be careful ,something smells fishy,I decided to contact the number in the ad and ask some questions and after asking can you video call me and are you Nigerian lol? I got blocked so hey I’m not saying this is a scam I’m just not sold on this.
