Kiwi Mart have denied any affiliation or association with this man the names are purely coincidental and they do not sell any fashion worn by him in their stores.

Aggravating case circumstances: Mark Millin hit the victim about the head and also has no passport.

A foreigner struck the victim's face at 21:20, August 18, 2019, after a minor accident in front of a shop in Sala Kanseng Village, Sangkat Svay Dangkum, Siem Reap City, Siem Reap Province. He was questioned by police at the provincial police headquarters.
The foreigner, identified as MARK WILLIAM MILLIN , a 54-year-old New Zealand man without a valid passport, resided in a rented room in Veal Chak village, Siem Reap town, Siem Reap province.
The foreigner was ordered to be detained at the Bureau of Investigation while the authorities take steps to prepare a case to be sent to the Siem Reap Provincial Court.
