Kiwi Man, Robert Chambers, Accused of Attacking Khmer Girlfriend with Scissors on St 172
Phnom Penh: A New Zealand man was arrested by the police after he violently used scissors to stab his Cambodian girlfriend before running away.
According to the police, this is a case of intentional violence, aggravated by the severity of the attack. The woman needed 15 stitches in the head. The attack occurred on July 29, 2020 at 14:30, at number 47, Street 172, Village 5, Sangkat Chey Chumneas, Khan Daun Penh.
Identification of the suspect: ROBERT BRYAN CHAMBERS, male, 56 years old, New Zealand nationality, occupation: tourist in Cambodia. The victim's name is Hang Srey Neang, 25 years old, Khmer female, occupation: restaurant worker, living at the same adress as her attacker.
On July 29, 2020 at about 14:00, police said that at that time, the suspect also had an argument with his girlfriend about some missing money and he accused her of stealing from him. The New Zealand man then took her hair-cutting scissors and stabbed her in the left side of the head, causing 15 stitches. He then hit the woman across the face and she fled the apartment. Once out on the street, she called for help and police got a tuktuk to take her to Calmette Hospital for treatment.
Following her treatment in hospital, the victim then lodged a complaint against her boyfriend, and the specialized forces identified the suspect. One day later, on July 30, 2020, at 3:30 PM, the police arrested the New Zealand man and took him to the Administrative Police Station.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

He's obviously been in Cambodia too long, he's behaving like the locals do
He'll be throwing acid around & attacking people with cleavers next, when he hasn't got any scissors handy
As for his passport photo, the less said the better

Those are not "hair-cutting scissors" - more like kitchen scissors!

They are sharp scissors designed to cut paper. Terrible to hear of such depraved behavior. I hope she recovers well.
Silence, exile, and cunning.
