Kids on a Motorbike Knock Over a Pedestrian

Cambodia News,Takeo: On January 28, 2020, a pedestrian was seriously injured on the 1TK1 provincial road between Km 18-19 in Samaki village, Angkor Borey district, Takeo province.
A black Honda Dream motorcycle, with plate Takeo 1Q-8061, was being driven by a 12-year-old schoolkid, Neng Virak, in a south to north direction, accompanied by another student,Hun Chhin Hong, aged 17, when the pair collided with a 52-year-old pedestrian. The victim, who is a local man, was knocked to the ground and sustained some serious injuries. The two teenagers were also lightly injured, and all three were taken to the hospital for treatment.
