Police in Takeo sent four lads to the court as they were accused of gang rape

Takeo, Four young boys were arrested by the police in Angkor Borey district after police received a lawsuit from the victim accusing them of gang rapping her since before Khmer New Year.

The arrest took place on 26 May 2015 in Roka village, Basrea commune, Angkor Borey district. The first suspect names Phoung Seng Hak, 15 years old, the second names Am Hak, 15 years old, the third names Put Rath, 14 years old, the fourth names Phors, 14 years old. They are living in the same village and commune.

The victim names xxxxxxxxxx, 15 years old living in the same village and commune with those lads.
According to the victim's lawsuit, on 13 April 2015, around 11:00 pm, she was staying alone in the hut close duck pen, then those four lads came and gang rapped her. They fled after finished [meaning they all reached orgasm?].

She didn't file lawsuit against them since then until on 26 May 2015 when she told her mother that she was gang rapped. Having heard that she (mother) reported to police in Angkor Borey to arrest them. After the arrest, those lads told police that they didn't go to gang rape at the hut. She was following them to the rice field, so they raped her there, but not all of them reached orgasm.

According to the answer from the youngest suspect, he said, he didn't rape her. He only watched those bigger one rapping her. After they finished rapping her, he just laid down against her boobs. The court ordered to detain them temporarily and waiting for further investigation.

But also, why? Do you know where this place is : Roka village, Basrea commune, Angkor Borey district ?I suppose it's a village out in the Takeo countryside. So all these kids should be living with their families and surrounded by family members in the village, who should teach them what is right and wrong, yet they have no respect for the girl - that's so bad.

They also look young alright - what will happen to them ? Do they go to prison ? Do they have special treatment for juvenile offenders in Cambodia or do they treat them the same as if they are adults ?
(Little salary - "Juvenile offenders" are kids who commit a crime when they are not old enough to be held responsible for adult behaviour - often under the age of 16. In western countries, they would have a different punishment than adults. I don't know how this works in Cambodia ? )

I think for most Asian, they might be physically small or young, on the other hand, you can find so many Westerners started having their first sex at the age of 14 or 15 years old.

Since now they are being detained temporarily, so we actually don't really know how long they are going to spend their live in the prison. Cambodian does have special treatment for Juvenile. They will not be treated like adult offender.

They were actually of gang rape the girl.

Via reading some studies and interacting with westerners. You once said you don't like talking about your personal staff, but not everyone are like you. People i know are way more open.
