Kids Arrested for Looting Orange Drink Box

Cambodia News (Siem Reap): A boy and a girl were arrested by Sangkat Chreav police and Siem Reap police for stealing drinks from an ice-box at 3 am on September 17, 2020, in Sangkat Chreav, Siem Reap city.

The victim was identified as Pong Sokneng, a 33-year-old woman seller. The suspects, Touch Nhanh, a 19-year-old girl, and Soeung Phearen, a 14-year-old boy, confessed that they stole those drinks.

The police confiscated the evidence such as 20 cans of carabaos, 7 bottles of IZE, seven cans of Bacas, five cans of red bull, 15 cans of beers (tsk tsk), two knives, scissors, and two motorbikes. The police on patrol caught the suspects red-handed while they were stealing the drinks.

The suspects with the evidence were sent to Siem Reap police station for case preparation.
