Khmer Teen Skinhead Attacks Thai Man with Chopper to Steal Motorbike

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 16-year-old boy, Ben Vireak, was arrested for attempting to rob a motorbike from a Thai man on street 7, Sangkat Chak Angrang, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh. The victim identified as Phang Thaisoben, 52-year-old.

The police said the victim was riding a Scoopy motorbike plate no. PP1CO-1055 when he stopped by the roadside to have a smoke. Suddenly, the suspect showed up and asked the victim for a cigarette, before taking out a meat cleaver and attacking him, in order to steal his motorbike.

The victim was severely injured in the attack and sent to hospital. The suspect was arrested and police are preparing his case for court.

So, which weapon inflicted the damage? The cleaver or the flip-flops?

There appears to be more blood on the flip flips. I'm not Sherlock Holmes but I deduce death by havaianas!
