1st Vice President of the Cambodian National Assembly and vice president of the National Salvation Party (CNRP), Kem Sokha visiting Pen Sovann, a former opposition lawmaker saved Speu center, who fell ill on weight over time.

In the social network Facebook, Kem Sokha, on July 26, 2015, said, "I went to visit Pen Sovann at his home in Takeo province yesterday, 25 July."

He noted in a Facebook status that's Pen Sovann, who served as the first prime minister of the Republic of Kampuchea regime during the 80 has been relieved, but he was not yet completely healed yet.

The Pen Sovann, 79, fell ill in mid-January because of a stroke, and was quickly transferred to a treatment in Singapore. He joined the Human Rights Party President Kem Sokha in 2007.
