Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: At around 3am on 25 February 2020, Toul Kork police detained a 25-year-old Cambodian man in possession of a woman's handbag.
The man was suspected of snatching the bag from a 34-year-old woman in front of a karaoke bar on street 182, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh. The woman said that she was shocked when suddenly a man on a Honda motorcycle drove past her and snatched her purse from her hands.

The bag has now been returned to the owner and the suspect is currently being detained at the Toul Kork Police Inspectorate for questioning while his case is prepared for the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. The suspect tested positive when he was made to submit to a urine test for drugs.
