Kampot Cows Cause American Expat, BERT HOX, to Crash.

Kampot: On June 10 at noon, a 67 year old American expat, identified as BERT HOX, was in a motorbike accident after crashing into some cows crossing the National road 3, at Tor Teung Thngai village, Kampot.
The victim was broke his left hand, and the traffic police took him to the hospital.
