I knew a young bloke only 24 who worked for 6 months on a Coca cola delivery truck. He drank about 4 litres of coke a day (free) and suffered a massive heart attack. It does happen to young people

The dude was clearly troubled, and had an unhealthy interest in pharmaceuticals that he couldn't really handle.

I see it's not just Cambodia and Thailand where every unexplained death of a foreigner is a heart attack. RIP NJH.

I am amazed how not one person questioned the validity of this story. Not one person asked for proof. There is not one shred of evidence and yet everyone takes this story as fact.

Because it's easy enough to find out it's true...click on his mother's Facebook to see her tributes to him from the last 24 hours.
RIP NJH...met just once but seemed to be a decent enough guy but had his demons.

If it was a heart attack, would you put it down to? Drug abuse in Cambo which NJH himself admitted or steroids perhaps? Could just be unlucky I suppose or it could be an underlying hereditary condition.

He was a bit small for it to be steroid abuse.
