A British Expat and His Khmer Wife Killed Two Men on Motorbike in Car Crash

Phnom Penh: A British man was driving accompanied by his Cambodian wife and ran into two Cambodian men on a motorbike. The two Cambodian men died immediately at the scene. The accident happened around 3:25 pm on 28 August 2016 located on National Road 3 in Pur Senchey district, Phnom Penh.

The source said, before the accident, two men were seen riding on a motorbike and when they reached where the accident happened, an Isuzu car driven by a British man with his Cambodia was speeding and crashed into them causing them to die immediately.

The relatives of the two men were contacted to come to take the bodies for funeral and the car is being kept at the police station waiting for legal action procedure.

Oops, yes, should have been "John Doe" since he's not identified.

Sorry to say but I'm reasonably convinced that it will be the Brit's fault. If he had not of been there then this tragedy could not have occurred. Death may prove to be more economical than injuries.

Of course it's the Barang's fault! Perfect logical breakdown you did there.

That said, someone who says they drove past this accident seems to suggest it's most likely the Barang's fault indeed.

They pointed out it's clearly on the wrong side of the road, and also say that they could see skid marks from the car on the wrong side of the road...

Of course it's the Barang's fault! Perfect logical breakdown you did there.

That said, someone who says they drove past this accident seems to suggest it's most likely the Barang's fault indeed.

They pointed out it's clearly on the wrong side of the road, and also say that they could see skid marks from the car on the wrong side of the road...

According to this, the man has been identified as Duncan Giles Stewart, 46, British.
