Where did you get the name "John" from CEOCambodiaNews? It's not given in the fresh news article.

Yikes. I assume he'll just be faced with hefty fines to the families and police?

A terrible situation regardless if whose fault it is.

Sorry to say but I'm reasonably convinced that it will be the Brit's fault. If he had not of been there then this tragedy could not have occurred. Death may prove to be more economical than injuries.

Of course it's the Barang's fault! Perfect logical breakdown you did there.Luigi wrote:Sorry to say but I'm reasonably convinced that it will be the Brit's fault. If he had not of been there then this tragedy could not have occurred. Death may prove to be more economical than injuries.

That said, someone who says they drove past this accident seems to suggest it's most likely the Barang's fault indeed.
They pointed out it's clearly on the wrong side of the road, and also say that they could see skid marks from the car on the wrong side of the road...
