Japanese Woman Shot in Failed Bag Snatching Attempt in PP

Phnom Penh: Gun firing took place at Moha Montrey Pagoda along Sihanouk Blv around 02:20 Pm on 06/ Feb/ 2015. Two people were seriously injured and then sent for emergency assistance at Calemet Hospital.

So far, the identity of the two victims remain unknown. It said, "the couple was about get on the bus to Vietnam, then there were two people riding a motorbike close by and started snatching, however, they didn't succeed. So they fired the gun".

No disrespect, but is her passport photo truly a photo? That's really bad, even as far as passport photos go.

Any news on how the victims are faring?

The Kanji looks handwritten. The woman's photo looks fake unless it is from an archaic scanner.
