What happened to me is absolutely crazy story:
For just saying "Hello" to a little girl of 12 years old I was arrested for one day, had my things searched without my consent, my phones confiscated (later returned). And, I was arrested by military police (without warrant or charge), and detained inside the office of immigration overnight (I kid you not).
What happened is:
I was riding motorcycle in a country side. Some girl smiled to me and waved hello. I went to the house to greet the people there, as we are standing, smiling, out of nowhere 2 guys from village guards appear and call someone. 5 minutes later, some police came and it all started.

There was a moment whereby a drunk provincial commander of military police calling judge and intentionally providing him wrong information so that judge would order my arrest over the phone, due to the fact that immigration declined to arrest me due to absence of any wrongdoing.

This story certainly surpassed any expectation one might have about craziness of some of the police in Cambodia.
I probably should find a lawyer and sue them?

Hi, Im a 23 year old male. Recently I have had a problem where I had itching at the base of my penis on the inside of the urethra. I have been tested for every std known to man and was negative for everything. My first doctor gave me Bactrim, which suppressed the symptoms but then returned afterwards.

You may do many things :
1) Urinalysis - check for high WBC and/or RBC count which may indicate infection; check Ph (if it's lower than 6.0 it's indication of too acidic urine and potential of uric acid stones in kidney).

2) Make ultrasound of KUB (Kidney/Ureter/Bladder) for cysts and/or stones.

3) Make ultrasound of Scrotum/Prostate to detect any abnormalities (for example cysts, enlarged prostate).

Put attention that every anti-biotic you have taken reduced your symptoms for a while. Therefore it could be a bacterial infection with a resistant bacteria (or worse encapsulated bacteria). Try to obtain more powerful anti-biotics like gatifloxacin for example and maybe try to make a "cocktail" of two different powerful antibiotics of different classes. (Consult your doctor as to which antibiotics you could combine, don't do self-medication).

Hello,

I have inflammed meatus following STD for the last 1 year. The inflammation doesn't subsize regardless of the treatment, however I have noted that some medications affecting GABA receiptors helping temporarily to reduce the inflammation (like ciprofloxacin and muscle relaxants).
