This is a cambodian news forum. The article in question was published as local news. The subject interests me, so I'd like to discuss it. (US corruption not so much.)

It may even erk me, but what erks me more are people who tell us what should or should not be discussed. The thought police again. :twisted:

Yeah Cambodians like Sinn dont care that the poor dont receive education or healthcare. Fuck em , they are poor! Cambodians are selfish, fuck the poor people. Eventually of course the ponzi scheme collapses but the rich are living overseas by then. Khmer loves Khmer eh Sinn-ignorant arsehole!
