5 Injured in Kampot Canal Crash
Cambodia News (Kampot): On October 3, 2020, at 10:30 am, an accident between a Lexus car and a soil truck that were driving in opposite directions on national road 3, in Beung Tarong village, Teuk Chou district, Kampot. The driver of the truck, plate Koh Kong 3A-0670, ran away to escape.
A 41-year-old man, Bert Sothna, who drove the Lexus car, plate state O62-0567, from Phnom Penh to Kampot, and his passengers were injured. The victims were sent to the hospital, and the vehicles were impounded by police.

The road is on the right in the photo and there's a traffic on the road so it looks like the soil truck ran the lexus off the road.
My initial thoughts were that it could have been either vehicle that was the cause of the incident by over-taking with oncoming traffic thus requiring one or the other to perform an evasive manoeuvre. But, it looks like the lexus was on the correct side of the road and was pushed onto the verge and then into the canal by the soil truck.
