Cambodia News (Kandal): 4 Indonesian men were seriously injured after a knife attack by another Indonesian man on May 6, 2021, at 9:30 pm, at Kloud Dara's house in Chrey Thom district, Koh Thom district, Kandal.

The victims were identified as SELAMAT, 42 years old, CHARLIE, 26 years old, MISKO, 37 years old, and HENDRI, 34 years old, all workers at Crown casino who were staying at Kloud Dara's house. The suspect was named KUI YONG, an Indonesian man who also worked at a Crown casino.

Before the incident, the suspect, KUI YONG, and the victim, SELAMAT, used to be friends and they joined an online investment scheme together. But soon they began to argue with one other over their business.
On May 6, the suspect messaged the victim and told him to come outside and prepare for a fight. He went to the house where the Indonesians were living and the other 3 men met the suspect outside. Then SELAMAT arrived at the scene and the suspect attacked him with two knives. The other 3 victims tried to help, but they were also attacked, causing them to get seriously injured.

The suspect attempted to escape, but he was captured by police, who confiscated two knives and a Honda Wave motorbike.

Foreign national stabs 4 casino employees

An Indonesian man has been detained by police after he attacked and stabbed 4 of his countrymen in Kandal.

The incident happened last night in Chrey Thom village, Sampov Poun commune, Koh Thom district, Kandal province.

The suspect has been named as Kui Yong, 47 years old, who was an employee of the Grand Dragon Casino in Kandal. His victims were all fellow Indonesians who were employees at the Crown Casino in Chrey Thom village, Sampov Poun commune, Koh Thom district, Kandal province.
