:newbie: He could have 'tested the waters' after the first couple of lady drinks and asked her whether she was open to going out with customers.

How the fuck can a bloke be sexually frustrated in Phnom Penh. It's bursting at the seams with slappers, for rent or for keeps.

Well, doesn't he look like a lovely chap?

Bullying and beating on girls before waving his piece around. Classy.

Maybe the social media capture will see him deposed and forced to give up some of his privileges. Maybe not, but we can hope.

In time, maybe some of the assholes in positions of power will have to think twice before abusing their status, behaving like that and thinking the law doesn't apply to them.

Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh police have confirmed that Lieutenant Colonel Hak Ly was arrested on Wednesday, 17 February 2021, in a case of intentional violence against a woman at a karaoke shop in Prey Veng province, and the Prey Veng Provincial Prosecutor has been contacted.
