Brad Adams, director of Human Rights Watch International Asia, has been labeled a "prat" after he made unflattering comments about Chea Sim so soon after his death

(Prat is a lower class of ghost which most Cambodians believe in. Prat is a homeless ghost who has no relative to offer him or her food). The writer calls Prat because it sounds similar to his first name and it is an offensive word).

Phnom Penh: Brad Adams, the director of Human Rights Watch International who always have tendency to against the government of Cambodia, is now becoming a PRAT in Cambodia.

90 percent of Cambodians are Buddhist. Buddhism is a religion that focuses on patience, mercy and forgiveness. In general, respecting one another is the main principle of Buddhist. So, what kind of religion does Brad Adams believes in? Does he believe in grudge and revenge religion? While one of the most respected leaders in Cambodia just died and his funeral has not even finished yet, this pointy nose guy made a statement to attack the dead person.

As an International organization that focuses on Human Rights, why did the director of that organization take this sorrowful time for most Cambodians to attack their respectful leader? Is it really a Human Rights Watch organization that focuses on Human Rights?

After Chea Sim , President of the Senate of Cambodia and President of Cambodian People Party died just about a day ago, the director of Human Right Watch International Organization made a statement to criticize ECCC for not investigating about the crime he committed during khmer Rouge.

In that statement, he regarded the death of Chea Sim, President of Cambodian People Party was the failure of ECCC. He claimed that according to research carried out by Human Rights Watch International Organization, Chea Sim was involved in massive crimes committed during Khmer Rouge.

Photograph: Adam turned president of the international organization Human Rights Watch, which from the beginning always with the Royal Government of Cambodia, the trend is now to be turned as a religious hypocrite in real time.
More than 90 percent of Cambodians are Buddhists take justice forbearance towed gracious forgiveness and tolerance for each other, respect each other's rights is a general principle of Buddhism. But turns focus Adam did not know religious okay or a religious side grudges religious side revenge religious side Revenge also do not know is when the leader of the country, one of which the majority adored deceased relatives celebrated yet carried to the traditional as well, but people with long nose a statement attackers insulted and statements on the funeral without a spiritual practice.

As an international organization adhering to the principle of respect for human rights, and take a day of distress to the attack on the body of one of the leaders who do not like how it fits spirit of the Human Rights Watch organization, or not?

Please note that after Samdech Chea Sim, President of the Senate and chairman of the CPP died just one day nothing, suddenly Human Rights Watch that they had turned focus Adam, the president issued a statement criticized the Khmer Rouge tribunal, which did not investigate the crimes against Samdech both aggressive.

The statement considered the death of Samdech Chea Sim, President of the Cambodian People's Party shows the failure of the Khmer Rouge tribunal. International, Human Rights Watch alleged that its research is Samdech Chea Sim is involved in serious crime in the responsibility era Khmer Rouge leadership.

In fact, whether involved or not involved, when people dead and everything went off with it. Moreover, as a Buddhist, they always remind the advantages they do not recall that. But to turn Adam did not know anything, but devotees take a chance that the children of relatives and the people mourned like to attack the funeral spirits.

Suspect turns Adam in the US, but the idea really turned in Cambodia and look.

So your saying he was a good guy all along? And Mr Adams is the bad guy that murdered his countrymen? I would have thought you may have understood where Mr. Adams animosity came from.

I'm not saying anything of the sort, as I mentioned on another thread:

When HRW=Brad Adams I think I might go with Cambodian Newspaper  I was stating that anything Brad Adams writes about HE is highly biased, and he his pursuing his own vendetta against HE. The PPP article “Cambodia: Chea Sim Death Shows Failings of the Khmer Rouge Court"was another illustration of Brad "having a go"at HE.I think Scooby posted a copy of this article on 440. Note even the opposition praised Chea Sim "Opposition leader Sam Rainsy yesterday praised former ruling party president Chea Sim, who died on Monday, calling him a national hero and comparing his patriotic ideals to those of the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk." :D http://www.phnompenhpost.com/national/r ... e-chea-sim The link I posted was the MI's reply, which contains the quote "and went on to suggest that HRW might be better off without Adams". With which I am inclined to agree.
