Homeless Korean in a Bad State Sent to Immigration Department
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): This morning, on July 7, 2020, at 10 am, the Department of Investigation and Procedure at Phnom Penh Immigration received a Korean man, KANGIL CHEON, 65 years old, from Beung Keng Kong 1 police station. The Korean man was arrested for breaking into a house of a US Embassy worker, and furthermore, he has no passport and no visa to remain in Cambodia.
After questioning, the police found that the Korean man has been living in Cambodia for about two years. He ended up being homeless and staying on the street. He has no money to eat. On July 6, the police sent him to get the Covid-19 test, and the result was negative.
The Korean man has now been sent to the Department of Investigation and Procedure of the General Department of Immigration to process his case for deportation.

He looks very pitiful, like the starving Buddha of Lahore.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

I see him a couple of weeks back selling stolen bottles of wine to owners of bars along 51. He sold 2 bottles to martinis and i witnessed him recieve 10 bucks. By the state of him, he was off to spend it on drugs as soon as he could.
