Homeless German, Ralph Anderlik, Arrested in Sihanoukville

deSihanoukville: Sihanoukville immigration police arrested a foreigner for living in Cambodia illegally and sleeping rough along the street. He was arrested in the morning on 16 September 2016 around 8:00 am.

Police said the foreigner named Ralph Anderlik, male, German, DOB, 20 March 1966. He was found with no passport.

Police said, the foreigner said he entered Cambodia via Cham Yeam border in Koh Kong province on 15 August 2016 and stayed in Cambodia working as a chef for a while and then he quitted the job.

Before the arrest, he was sleeping rough along the street and beach. He was later sent to the immigration department for further legal action.

Don't mean to be disrespectful to Ralph, but he looks like a Thai reject. Just crossed the border from Thailand 1 month ago and he's already in the shit. Maybe it will be a good thing for him to be deported before things get worse. (Before he gets worms in his feet, blood poisoning etc.)

What's with the helmets? Ralph doesn't look much of a threat (except to himself).

Doesn't Germany have very generous health, education & welfare benefits? Charities?
Or is that only for peoples who do not want bombs to rain on them?
