Gravel Truck Breaks Bridge

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

Barang chgout did that obstacle prevent you coming or going, and did the driver stay put, or did he do a runner.

Driver had no where to run. Chinese company that employs him is footing the bill.
No more heavy vehicle access to town untill the new bridges go in which fortunately is meant to happen this coming dry season.
Cars or light trucks can still access around the back way.

Chinese company that employs him. So the Chinese own the truck, do they also own more in being that they are surfacing roads, or? Please tell more of what is happening in the area. What of all the forest that had been cut down, any more happening there?

Currently China building roads in and out, have at least one resort beginning and can be seen on weekends perusing land. I dont know the extent of their plans here but I suspect within 12 months, this shall be Westport's little brother as I am sure we will link with the new development at Tmor Da.
Oh, did I forget to mention rumour of a golf course?
