Grandpa Arrested after Killing His Wife in Kampong Cham

Cambodia News (Kampong Cham): A 57-year-old man, Ouch Porn, was arrested after killing his wife at 9 pm on October 19, 2019, in Dey Leu village, Steung Trong district, Kampong Cham. The victim was identified as Bou Ny, 61 years old.

Before the incident, the victim went to buy some ice, and she drank some rice wine. When she came back home, she was drunk and argued with her husband. Then she took a knife and tried to slice his throat. So the suspect grabbed a long knife to attack his wife and sliced her throat. She died at the scene.

When they saw what happened the next morning, the local people reported the attack to the police. The suspect was arrested and sent to the police station to follow the legal action.
