Before the incident, the woman called tuk-tuk plate PP1GM-9912 for a ride with her granddaughter from her family house in the Chamkar Dong area to her house in Thnot Chrum village.
The accident occurred when a motorcycle, plate no. Takeo 1M-3072, pulled out in front of the tuktuk from a side street without paying attention. The tuktuk was going fast, and when the driver slammed on the brakes to avoid the motorcycle, the tuktuk overturned. The deceased woman was crushed, and she died immediately at the scene, while her granddaughter escaped with light injuries.

The tuk-tuk driver and the motorbike driver were detained at the police station for questioning.
