Phnom Penh Governor Khuong Sreng has announced that officials will shut down KTV and entertainment facilities immediately if there is Citizens report that there are distractions or bad things affecting society.

No its just Hostess bars he wants to close, he has no issue with KTVs, :?

Evidently KTV venues are ok "as long as you don't have a shootout or get complaints of noise and social uncertainties" :D

I really like the covering of the eyes to confuse identification of the girls. (I don't know any of them) but There is much more info in the photos that would identify a person. Ha ha Ha =@ =@

I will be sure to tell him that. He didn’t know he was OK with KTVs, in fact he thought he wasn’t OK with them especially if they offered prostitutes.
