Dunno, but his post count looks dodgy and he definitely needs to work on having more carrots. Might be one of those "bought commissions" you read about.

OK, I just did a tally of all the promotions to general, either from the lower ranks, or from one sort of general to another sort of general ( eg brigadier general) since this post started on the 9th July 2015 with Hanno's posting of 73 new generals, and the grand total till today, 20th June 2017, almost 2 years on, is.... Wait for it...

Tbf, these guys don't get decent pay...I think most of these are some kind of recognition for loyalty.

I think he earned that, for bravery in the face of ladyboys and 440 snipers.
Must be bulletproof if 440 snipers missed him, or they must have been firing blanks.
