Cambodia: A couple of French tourists injured when their cow cart collapses.

A couple of French tourists were injured after their tourist cow cart collapse down from the road to field. The incident happened after a boy rolled his rubber tyre into the walking cows, so the cows were shocked and ran down into the field.

Then they were sent to Phnom Penh for treatment right away. Now they are better and are ready to continue their trip to Siem Reap by boat.

They said, they are not going to sue the cow owner and also asked the local authorities not to do anything with him.

The husband names Gilbert, 61 years old, and the wife's is 60 year old, Marie Lewis Richard, 60 years old, both French.

For what?

The kid was at fault, will they try and sue a peasant child?

A completely random event, could not have been reasonably foreseen
