Incel? As in involuntary celibate? Nice slur. [Mod edit: no need for the added flaming nonsense]Sweet Lemon wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 12:51 pmThis thread has nothing to do with women abusing men, take that incel nonsense elsewhere.pczz wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 11:42 am if she reported the breakins and assaults and kidnapping to the police there shoudl be an enquiry into the polices actions. there is very little protection for victims of domestic violence around the world as police fail to prosecute and put it down to a lovers tiff. Keep on track people - is this guy a fugitive or not ? Any French online detectives out there ?
Best case would be to deport him to France, and I hope the French authorities in Cambodia will get involved, or he could just be sent back to Thailand.

He is a fugitive, supposed to serve 4 years for "unvoluntary homicide".
So, no crocs but cops, handcuffs, back to jail in Marseilles.
I would have prefered jail in Kow, or crocs.
But since this rubbish is ours....

lol you're joking right?Doc67 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 7:59 amGhostwriter wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 3:47 am He had a tumultuous relationship with her, including : beating her, breaking in her appartment, stealing stuff, kidnapping her dog with ransom (!), and they were in the same car, having an argument, when she left the car on foot in a hurry and got hit by a car on the road.
Crocodiles would have been fine. Unfortunately the police was quicker.
Thanks for the translation. But it begs the question, why is he being charged with anything? If she voluntarily left the vehicle and then got hit by a separate vehicle, how can any direct blame be attached to him? If he forced he out of the car on a high speed motorway then maybe, but if she left of her own accord then how is any criminal liability attached to him?

Having just been beaten in the car, knowing he did 18 years for murder, and trying to get back her dog, i'm sure she quitted the car only to buy cigarettes for her hubby ^^... yeah, sounds plausible.JUDGEDREDD wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 11:06 pmlol you're joking right?Doc67 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 7:59 amGhostwriter wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 3:47 am He had a tumultuous relationship with her, including : beating her, breaking in her appartment, stealing stuff, kidnapping her dog with ransom (!), and they were in the same car, having an argument, when she left the car on foot in a hurry and got hit by a car on the road.

My comments were made early on and before more and better information came into the thread. If the French court decided he created such circumstances to force the woman out of the car and is liable for the resulting fatal collision with another car, then so be it.
Sometimes being early into a thread, and before all the facts are known, can leave you high and dry on your own little Island of Humility...

This post is about abuse of one partner by another. that is usually, but not entirely, violence by men on women. It also included male on male violence, female on female violence, female on male violence depending on the sexual identification of the people concenred. Incel is 'involuntary celibate and presumably they do not suffer from partner abuse so I have no idea what your point is, unless you are objecting to the fact that women who abuse males do tend to use hormones as a defenceSweet Lemon wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 12:51 pmThis thread has nothing to do with women abusing men, take that incel nonsense elsewhere.pczz wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 11:42 am if she reported the breakins and assaults and kidnapping to the police there shoudl be an enquiry into the polices actions. there is very little protection for victims of domestic violence around the world as police fail to prosecute and put it down to a lovers tiff.
