Doesn't happen often but I agree with chorlton. A few years ago they raided one of the Happy Pizza places in Siem Reap and everyone inside got arrested, happy or not. I have always been wary of places were people light up, way to easy for the police to target everybody around for a shake-down.

I thought people went to eat Pizza, not to engage in joint smoking. Are the "happy pizza's" legal?
It's not the weed they're worried about, it's the meth and the X.

Moreover, the town of SR is much smaller than PP so the coppers have less money to make and less crime to focus on. Chasing small-time users are what they have to do.

It was more than just a joint or two. The copper leading the raid showed me a video of when they searched the owner's house, apparently they were dealing a fair bit.

As i understand it the Mexican cartel has already moved into Australia and is dealing coke there were it goes for upwards of $50,000 /kilo wholesale ( compare that to 20 in the states) and on the street, $200-250/grm!!

It's pretty much impossible to get coke into Australia, which is why they have a terrible meth problem. In the UK because we have easy access to good quality coke we don't really see meth.

Cocaine is smuggled across the Pacific into Australia now. There have been seem huge busts recently. 500kgs last Xmas and 2 x 1.5 tonne shipments seized in the Pacific on the way to Australia this year.

ahhh true story concerning the greed of Filipino customs
was heading down to oz from Bangkok with a friend one year
he was carrying 3 kilos of hash
He was caught in Manila airport tranisting, they took him aside in to the rest room, told him it would cost hm $10,000 to walk . He told them he had no money,

he made a deal, allow him to take 1 kilo with him an he would sell it in Oz and come back and buy the other 2 off them.
they agreed
guess what.....he never returned to manila LOL
