Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: At 9:15 am on December 2, 2018, four suspects were stopped and searched by police in Steung Meanchey district, 1 Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
Police spotted the gang hanging around Steung Mean Chey canal looking suspicious, and when they searched them, they came across 1 bigger bag and 74 small bags of crystal methamphetamine, known as ice, ready for sale. When they saw the cops, the suspects had tried to ditch the drugs and run away, but they weren't fast enough. Police also confiscated two telephones.
The four men will be charged with drug-trafficking.
