Four Detained For Playing Cards on The Street in Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On January 14, 2019, local police officers in Chamkarmorn made an urgent intervention on 103 street, Sangkat Psar Derm Thkow, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh, when they took four people into custody for playing cards. 3 men and 1 woman were detained and taken down to the station to have their cases processed .
The suspects were identified as Ly Tong, a 26-year-old woman, Eav Leang 31-year-old, Voeun Pheaktra, 32-year-old, and Nai Bora, 29-year-old.
