Yes, there are reports answering pretty much all those questions.

Poor girl works her way up from dirt poor to some level of success, and expats like hanno think she deserves to be assaulted and beaten up by men for it.
The aforementioned quotation not only highlights a significant credibility issue of the [im]poster but also how misinformed certain folks are.
Note the immediate rush to judgement with regard to the apparent 'dirt poor' youngster, subsequently it is confirmed the victim / relations of a high ranking military official of the Prime Minister bodyguard unit.

Tragic news. Sok Bun has been misunderstood. He has an "unspecified medical condition", diagnosed by an out-of-service doctor, which means he must remain in Singapore indefinitely ; when all he wants to do is to come back to Cambodia to stand trial and clear his name. This is so unjust.
And probably more pathetic than Bambi's mother being shot...
I foresee that Bun will continue to be too sick to stand trial for quite some time.

Fugitive property tycoon Sok Bun has said he will return to Cambodia to appear in court over his alleged brutal assault of a former TV star, though he insists he must complete medical treatment in Singapore first.
In a letter released by his lawyer late on Tuesday evening, Bun said he would “come back to be responsible, to find the truth and justice,” but said that depends on first receiving clearance from his doctor.
“I would like understanding from the public, and I call on the authorities to please give me a chance to cooperate,” he said, having pleaded to Prime Minister HE to guarantee his freedom in a letter released earlier that day.
Another letter publicised late on Tuesday, purportedly written by Dr Mahen Nadarajah of the National Neuroscience Institute in Singapore, claimed Bun would not be able to travel “for a number of months” due to an unspecified, pre-existing medical condition.
The National Neuroscience Institute refused to confirm the veracity of the letter over the phone and did not respond to an email.
The phone number listed under Dr Nadarajah’s name in the letter appeared to be out of service yesterday and he failed to respond to an email.
I foresee that Bun will continue to be too sick to stand trial for quite some time.

PM to Tycoon: “Your Money Can’t Fix This”
PHNOM PENH (Khmer Times) – Prime Minister HE yesterday blasted the tycoon filmed beating a former TV presenter as public anger shows no sign of abating after the video of the attack went viral.
“Do not wait for the police to come and handcuff you,” Mr. HE said, referring to real-estate tycoon Sok Bun. “Your money cannot fix this.”
“Stop insisting that you have money,” the prime minister said, alluding to Mr. Bun’s offers to pay compensation to Ek Socheata, who is also known as Ms. Sasa...

http://www.phnompenhpost.com/national/s ... ant-issuedThe Phnom Penh Municipal Court yesterday issued an arrest warrant for property mogul Sok Bun, more than two weeks after he allegedly savagely beat a former TV hostess in a Phnom Penh restaurant.
Shortly after the warrant was issued, Prime Minister HE demanded Bun’s quick arrest and suggested he would not be able to buy himself out of trouble.
“Even if you settle outside of court, the prosecution will not end,” he said during a graduation ceremony at the National Institute of Education.
The warrant, signed by municipal court prosecutor Hing Bunthorn and issued by investigative judge Leang Samnath, says Bun has been charged with intentional violence with aggravating circumstances, while his as-yet-unidentified bodyguard faces charges of attempted murder and using a weapon without permission.

My only question about this incident is whether the victim would have received the same attention if her father had been a tuk-tuk driver. I believe it's very relevant.
She did not, as LTO would have us believe, dig herself out of poverty, the proverbial poor girl done good through sheer hard work.

I see in the paper today that Sasa's Japanese friend is now filing rape charges against Sok Bun. Looks like the shit just got deeper!
