PHNOM PENH - At 7:30 pm on September 26, 2017, along Route 228 at the corner of 51 and Street 228 in Boeung Raing commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh, two foreign tourists were set upon by four men on two motorbikes, who drove by very fast and snatched their bag. The tourists were so surprised by the attack that they did not get a good description of the thieves, although they tried to run after the motorbikes.
After the incident, the two victims filed a complaint at the Boeung Rang Referral Police Station for police to investigate.
