2 Foreigners Injured When They Crashed into Each Other Drunk

Phnom Penh: Two foreigners were seriously injured after they had a motorcycle crash around 1:10 am on 03/ February/ 2015 at Norodom Blvd, corner Street 214 in Chey Chumnas commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.

Police said, “The motorcycle that caused the accident was driven by Ham Zakisac, Male, 26 years old, Turkish.

The victim names Stevey Pettie, male, 26 years old, English Teacher. He is currently staying at #19E, st 264, Chaktomok commune, Daun Penh district. He was driving scooter (Charley)”. Police added, “The foreigner who drove the motorcycle was DUI (drunk). He was driving so fast that he crashed into the other foreigner on a motorbike.

Is that a chaly motorbike ? Can't be the over speeding Turkish bike as it is common knowledge that a chaly can't reach any speed faster than a running man.

The article says the victim was the teacher riding the Chaly.

A teacher riding a Chaly? Sounds like they were already a victim before the accident.

It must be both their faults since if they weren't in Cambodia, this accident could never have happened.
