A French and An American (Gilles Sainsily and Todd Brown) were arrested after they flew their Drone in front of HE’s mansion

Phnom Penh: A French and an American identified as Gilles Sainsily and Todd Brown fled into Langka pagoda, but later they were arrested by security police of the police commissioner after they flew their Camera Drone in front of HE’s mansion close to Independence Monument.

According to Koh Santepheap News, the two foreigners were arrested this morning on 23 June 2015.

Phnom Penh: Two foreigners were arrested by the police of the police commissioner of Phnom Penh while they were flying Camera Drone around Independence Monument around 10:50 am on 23 June 2015.

Police said, the two foreigners who were arrested, name Gilles Sainsily, male, 35 years old, French and Todd Brown, male, 39 years old, American.

Police continued, first they were flying their camera drone around Langka Pagoda then they flew their camera drone around Independence Monument, therefore, police caught them. Police confiscated their Camera Drone and sent both of them and their Camera Drone to police commissioner of Phnom Penh for questioning.

Well, at least they had their clothes on.

The two foreigners released

Phnom Penh: The American and French were released after police received some legal documents issued by Cambodia authority.
Police said, the two foreigners were using Camera drone to capture the pictures for making a promotion video about the progression of Cambodia.
