Re: 2 Foreigners Arrested for Flying Drone Over PM HS's Mans
Todd Brown has been around here for a while; he even got himself some publicity there.
Seems it was a mistake and the authorities have chilled. (And no photos with handcuffs, notice.) A beer for the bodyguards and all cool.

Drones are also banned at Angkor Wat; though I don't know if that's a legal ban or one imposed by the Apsara authority but it's certainly been enforced a few times.

I think if they pay the exorbitant admission fee (cue questionable benefits to Cambodians), they can do anything.

GM, serious question: do they allow them at the Mecca Kabaa during the Pilgrimage?

I've seen one flying around the "parade" here in Jeddah during national day. I assume it was a fun drone, and not the NSA's.
It's Ramadan right now, so I assume everything is banned, LoL.

The answer to that is almost certainly "no" unless you're a member of Saudi's royal family, or biggest (richest) families - in which case you can almost certainly do what the fuck you feel like on the certain knowledge that no-one has the power to stop you.vladimir wrote:GM, serious question: do they allow them at the Mecca Kabaa during the Pilgrimage?
