It is claimed - on TOF - that he may have been slipped a drugged drink by someone and that his lower garments were stolen.
We should be charitable enough to accept that version of events

Re: BELTEI English Teacher Carl Swaalf Caught With His Pants Down on Street 182 in Phnom Penh
I ran into Carl tonite.
He seemed to be enjoying himself as I checked out of some mini-mart. He said some drunken comment and I just laughed and said "I know who you are," to which he replied "you don't know me."
I mentioned CEO and we established that I did in fact know who he was.
I asked him what happened on this eventful day in question and he swears he had a few drinks and the next thing he remembers is waking up like that.
We've all been there. Seemed nice enough for someone you run into on Street 51 at 4AM.

Cambodians aren't always the best behaved in other countries either. Cuts both ways. Scumbags will always be scum no matter their geographics.jaynewcastle wrote:Surely many Cambodian people are getting sick of foreigners like this coming to & living in their country ?

Obviously because he was going to return them and he slipped in a puddle walking down a subway tunnel.Jamie_Lambo wrote: ↑Sat Jul 02, 2016 2:04 pm why did he need to take his trousers off and why is his legs so dirty? hmmm
