Foreigner tragically falls/jumps on to tuktuk from 6FL window at Pearl Condo Complex

Breaking news.

Phnom Penh: A dramatic incident occurred at 5:00 pm March 11, 2018, when a foreign man reportedly jumped or fell from the sixth floor of the Pearl condo complex, House 48A, Street 11 in Boeung Por district Entertainment 7 Makara, Phnom Penh.

The victim is reported to be of Chinese or Korean nationality, but this has not been confirmed. Apparently, the man opened a window on the sixth floor of the apartment block and then jumped or fell into the street below. Witnesses say he appeared to jump.The body landed squarely on a tuktuk that was parked in front of the Pearl Condo Complex.

The police force came down to the scene to investigate.

I suspect that if he survived the fall/jump, the tuk tuk driver would have finished him off.

He has not been publicly identified, but police are working on a case of suicide.RIP

It looks like his name Hsiang Peng Lee AKA Yang-Chou Lee. He was Taiwanese.
