Shouldn't be a problem catching him. Check the bike for finger prints and DNA, then run them through the data matching system.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Because the competent scientists running this kingdom lets them out of prison every holiday. They do it every year. You should kill more thieves to keep an even score.
The government has finalised plans for next month’s annual Khmer New Year clemency, with more than 800 prisoners across the country expected to receive pardons and sentence reductions, according to an Interior Ministry official.

About 800 prisoners will be considered for Royal pardons or reduced sentences as part of Water Festival events, Such Sophan Nara, director of the Ministry of Justice’s penal department, said yesterday.

Because there are so many poor and lazy ass people. I was riding my bicycle to riverside this morning. I saw so many homeless people with two or three kids lying down on the sidewalk along the river back. It doesn't look nice though. There are so many tourist there, where is the reputation of the country. However, it is less smell bad, as those moron just cleaned it a few weeks ago, but it is still dirty. Sad Sad Sad.

Makes me sad. The security guy is a nice fellow who opens the door everytime I go there. It´s pretty far away from GSM, can´t really see a connection.

I know that every country has beggars and homeless, but why they don't try to find a job?? Many legal jobs in this Kingdom!!! I know that even in Singapore still has snatchers, but I do hate snatchers because many people around me met this problem and got injury :(((( I don't feel safe every time I travel even I don't have much money in my bag ,but the snatchers will not know if you have money or not.
