A foreigner died at Preakeng commune

Phnom Penh: A foreigner died and the cause of the death was not identified yet. His dead body had been seen taking away from the house #268, concrete road located Toultachan village, Preakeng commune, Chbar Ampov district around 9:45 pm on 11 May 2015.

So far, the identity of the deceased and cause of the death have not confirmed yet.

Recently phnom Penh police together with embassy staff went to the scène to check the dead body and hand it over to the family for preparing the funeral.

PHNOM PENH: A foreign man was killed by unknown reasons after they found out concrete road No. 268 Toul Ta Chan Eng Khan neighborhood Ampov 9 pm and 45 pm on 11 May 2015.
However, the body of the victim has not been identified yet, and do not know what reasons.
Phnom Penh's police and relevant authorities and embassy officials visited autopsy the body of the victim to hand over to their families to celebrate traditions

What's the needle about? An early autopsy preparation? Or something found on him when he died?

Can't see so clearly on my phone, but it looks like Thor's hammer (and face) on his left arm. Scandanavian? Also notice some blood on his leg and toes. Perhaps a slip and fall?

Maybe he was not dead on teh services arrival? Why put monitor pads on post mortem ? Not normal here

You're probably right about them being monitor dots, but there's a slim chance they are SAED defibrillation stickers - someone may have attempted a jump start. Not all defibs are the paddle variety, and the public-use ones are sticker varieties.
