I just read the woman is Australian name xxxx. Why do you guys don't give details on this case. This is a case of lovers getting jealous of cheating on each other.

And why are you posting her name here ? Are you a friend of the accused ?
Whatever the girlfriend is called, she is the victim in this case. Don't forget, she has the right to anonymity. She is not on trial.

She's the alleged victim, also called the complaining witness. Witnesses and criminal complainants generally have no "right" to anonymity, unless there is some special court order giving them that right. Many newspapers choose, as a matter of journalistic ethics, not to publish the names of alleged victims of rape and sexual assault. I have not heard that this woman is alleging rape or sexual assault.

This. She's made an allegation and it's yet to be proven that 1. he has HIV and 2. he gave it to her exclusively. Until then, for all we know she could be a jilted lover wanting to give him a bad time.

Remember the Jew Tom Steinmetz? His GF claimed revenge porn but no evidence ever came up in court.

While I appreciate the tendency on this site to vilify women as scheming succubi, I would suggest that jilted lovers trying to give someone a hard time usually don't falsely declare they were given HIV. That would be a pretty extreme thing to make up, if she doesn't have HIV.
