Unfortunately the khmer bloke died at the scene. The (Welsh I am led to believe)bloke stumbled out of a bar on Victory Hill late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning and got on his moto, ignoring advice from friends not to. If he survives he will pretty much be going straight from Calmette to the monkey house. As he deserves to.
