Ha, ha, ha, that's hilarious! Where the traffic police don't dare to even stop a guy with some specific number plate (or without a number plate, or 'known' to be high up), they've stopped the top shot in the country? Yeah, right.

And did I hear the word 'moto'? Samdech on a moto? Yeah, HE did that once and NOT wearing a helmet:

(Later HE said he 'promised' to pay the fine for that...).

Anyway, whoever swallows the above video as 'real' has to have a brain-check.

Was being sarcastic. It was PR last time too, even though there was no new laws. See above.^

Pretty sure I remember seeing him go into the station last time and dutifully pay up though?

That was a PR stunt, back in 2016. He took a motodop across the new bridge without a helmet. Paid the driver $100, then his fine.

It's a good stunt, i reckon. It will certainly have an impact in this culture.
ANYthing effective in reducing road toll here is a very good thing in my book.
