I was out and about a lot in early 2000s, tbh never noticed anything serious, in fact I'd say fro barangs it was perhaps safer then, most of the stuff happening was khmer on khmer unless you poked your nose where it didn't belong.tonetone420 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2017 1:23 amDefinitely.
