Faulty Brakes Lead to Truck Fire in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On March 07, at 05:35 am, a container truck caught on fire in Sangkat Dongkor, Khan Dongkor, Phnom Penh.

The owner was identified as Chhea Phalla, the truck driver. The authorities have concluded that the fire was probably caused by a faulty brake connection in the truck, which was generally not in good condition.
