3 Farmers Arrested for Drug Traffic in Sihanoukville Village

Cambodia News, (Preah Sihanouk Province): On November 2, 2020 at 13:00, Lieutenant Colonel Huot Chanthy, District Police Inspector, led a specialized force from Chamkar Luong Police Station to crack down on drug trafficking and illegal possession of drugs at a farmers' hut in Chamkar Luong Village, Chamkar Luong Commune, Kampong Seila District, Sihanoukville Province. Two men and one woman were arrested at the scene.

1. Name: Hon Sokvisal, Male, 25 years old, Nationality: Khmer, Occupation: Farmer
2. Name: Bi Savon, Male, 33 years old, Khmer, Occupation: Farmer.
3. Name: Seng Sothea, Female, 33 years old, Nationality: Khmer, Occupation: Farmer.
All three currently reside in Chamkar Luong village, Chamkar Luong commune, Kampong Seila district, Preah Sihanouk province.

Exhibits include:
12 (small) packetss of white crystalline powder suspected to be methamphetamine or 'ICE'.
- 2 mobile phones.
Currently, the three suspects have been sent to the Sihanoukville Provincial Police for legal action.

This shit is all over the provinces. We see a lot of large scale busts in the news, and a lot of that is for export. Not all though, it's become very pervasive and truck drivers, construction workers, farmers, teenagers and others are getting fucked up all over the place.
