Farmer Wakes Up to Find Cows Missing Body Parts in Kien Svay

Kien Svay, Cambodia: A farmer in the province awoke to find that a 3 of his cows were missing body parts. 2 were missing their heads, and most of their legs were gone.

Police don't have any suspects yet.

A friend of mine was telling me that in his wife's province, the locals have to move position of there cows every night to stop cattle rustlers. Or should that be cow killers? Because they don't steal the cows whole, just cut them up and take the parts. In this light, it seems like this is a normal case of country theft to me.
